Our courses are designed for busy working professionals. Live virtual courses offer a blend of synchronous live facilitated group teaching and self- paced online study. In-person courses welcome you back to campus for an intensive 4-day block taught at Bush House.

The King’s Leadership and People Management programme

Our flagship programme enhances your leadership skills to position you for immediate and future success. This 4-day intensive programme combines expert academic insight with an in-depth experiential workshop directed by the Tavistock Institute, the country’s leading institution for applied organisational leadership. You will learn, apply, participate in, and reflect on the principles and lived experience of leadership through the sessions and an individual work-related project supported by a coach. Our next cohorts are recruiting now and will start on 24 June and 2 November 2021.

Associateship of King’s College (AKC)

This prestigious qualification is unique to King’s and is now available as a Distance Learning Programme. The AKC is the original award of the university and has been taught since 1829. It has recently been expanded to include modules in Philosophy of Religion and Ethics.
